Using VMHosting Ltd. mail service

RECCOMENDATIONS

We do reccomend to perform changes to the domain's DNS and add SPF, DMARC and DKIM records. A lot of mail servers have enabled their filters to check these records while learing received email headers and body and detecting it as spam or NOT spam. To avoid to be marked as SPAMMER or your emails as SPAM, please spend a few minutes and add these records to your domain zone DNS. 

SPF(Sender Policy Framework):

Add this to TXT record for your domain: "v=spf1 +a +mx ~all"

Where:

+a - allows to send email from hosts which are listed in A-records

+mx - allows to send email from all servers listed in MX-records

DKIM(DomainKeys Identified Mail):

This record will be provided to you by mail server administrator on request. Please send requests to [email protected] or create support ticket.

dkim._domainkey.yourdomainhere.com    IN  TXT "v=DKIM1\; k=rsa\; s=email\; p=XXXXXX"

DMARC(Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance):

_dmarc..yourdomainhere.com  IN TXT "v=DMARC1\; p=none\; rua=mailto:[email protected]"

GENERAL SETTINGS

To start receiving email at the VMHosting Ltd. mail service, please perform changes to the DNS and set the list of mail servers and their priority the same as it is below:

MX:

NOTE: Mail servers and their priorities MUST be set as declared above. Otherwise, emails won;t be delivered to the VMHosting Ltd. mail service and you won't receive emails sent to you.

NOTE: Our mail service has a lot of domain names assigned BUT please use only MAIL.VMH.PW for IMAP/POP3/SMTP protocols to avoid certifactes issues
